A man suffered life-threatening injuries after being shot Tuesday evening in Brockton, Massachusetts.
Police say the shooting happened around 6:15 p.m. on Lexington Street.
The victim, an adult male, was taken to an area hospital.
Authorities did not give any word on arrests, but said the investigation is active. Anyone with information is asked to call 508-941-0200.
