Israeli airstrikes target Palestinian militants for past 2 days; militants respond with rockets at Israel
There was an explosion at the Taunton Municipal Power Plant, according to the Taunton Fire Department.
The explosion occurred at 11:30 am when there was a fire in a switch unit in a circuit breaker.
Taunton firefighters were on the scene and put the fire out quickly.
One person was transported to the hospital for minor injuries and evaluation.
