Great White Shark Spotted Off Provincetown Beach on Cape Cod

Dr. Greg Skomal of the Massachusetts Division of Marine Fisheries was working with the Atlantic White Shark Conservancy when he got the shark footage.

A great white shark has been spotted off of a Provincetown beach on Cape Cod.

According to the Atlantic White Shark Conservancy's app Sharktivity, a lifeguard at Race Point Beach spotted the shark fin about a 100 yards off shore, and a quarter of a mile from the protected beach.
