Mass. Coastal Communities Bracing for Weekend Blizzard

Massachusetts' coastal communities are bracing for the blizzard that's hitting over the weekend.

The town of Scituate took a beating during the Jan. 27 storm, which saw its seawall broken and homes battered.

National Guard members have been out in force along the South Shore. In Norwell, they have been digging out fire hydrants and making streets passable.

More snow means an even higher risk for roof collapses.

Residents are also doing everything they can to prevent water from getting in.
