A Massachusetts mother is accused of charging $5 admission to an underage drinking party for teenagers at her home.
Patricia Frank of 111 Woodcrest Dr. in North Andover was arraigned on Tuesday, according to the Eagle-Tribune.
The 48-year-old mother of three is charged with selling or delivering alcohol to minors, and keeping a noisy and disorderly house.
Frank posted $1,000 bail Friday night after her arrest, which remained in effect after the arraignment.
She will undergo a mental health evaluation at the request of Assistant District Attorney Lindsay Nason.
