A man has been placed under arrest after police responded to a report of a person in the woods with a rifle Monday morning in Brookline, Massachusetts.
Officers combed the woods in the Hoar Sanctuary behind the Baker School.
A male subject was found hiding in the woods. He is charged with disorderly conduct, disturbing the peace and discharging a pellet gun over a public way.
The man will be arraigned later Monday afternoon.
