Police Investigating Attack With Machete

Authorities are investigating an attack that happened late Sunday night involving a machete in East Boston.

According to Boston police, two victims were approached by two men on Chelsea Street and had a verbal argument. One of the suspects pulled out a machete and swung at one of the victims, causing non-life threatening injuries, while the other victim ran away.

Police say they're looking for two Hispanic men between the ages of 20 and 25. They're both described as having a thin build, between 130-160 pounds, are around 5-foot 8-inches. They were wearing blue jeans, t-shirts and had backpacks.

The suspects were joined by two other men at some point during the argument, according to police, they were not involved in the attack.
