New Hampshire has a new transportation secretary.
Victoria Sheehan was sworn in Monday by Gov. Maggie Hassan.
Sheehan, who lives in Nashua, has been manager of strategic planning and highway performance at the Massachusetts Department of Transportation, where she coordinated the highway division's five-year, $5 billion capital plan and $600 million annual operating budget. She was the top choice of a search committee.
Sheehan replaces Chris Clement, who left the job in December for a position with the University of New Hampshire.
