Plane crashes CT Wedding Party

(NECN/WTNH) – A pilot made an emergency landing in the waters off of Westbrook, Connecticut. The pilot puts a plane down in Long Island Sound, right in front of a wedding party on Block Island. Crystal Haynes from our affiliate, WTNH, takes a look at the real life wedding crasher. Dr. Sheehy says Saturday’s crash was a bit ironic. He was suppose to attend a co-worker’s wedding in New York Saturday, but not being a big fan of weddings, he opted to go for a plane ride instead.
