Surf continues to build as Hurricane Bill approaches

(NECN) – Surf continues to build along the coast, as Hurricane Bill approaches. The storm could have a big impact on one of the few beach weekends left this summer. Surf at Horse Neck Beach in Westport Massachusetts could reach ten feet or more. Red flags there are already flying, which indicates strong rip currents. The Coast Guard is warning mariners and swimmers to use caution.
