Man With Brain Injury Missing in Vt.

Paul Longley, 36, is male, 5'8" tall, 155 lbs with brown eyes and brown shoulder length hair. He wears glasses, has a full beard and walks with a limp on his right side.

Vermont State Police say a Wallingford man with a traumatic brain injury is missing.

On Sept. 12, police say Paul Longley, 36, was last seen on Wales Street in downtown Rutland around 6:30 p.m.

Longley is described as male, 5'8" tall, 155 lbs with brown eyes and brown shoulder length hair. Longley wears glasses, has a full beard and walks with a limp on his right side. He was last observed wearing a black leather jacket, blue jean pants, Red Sox Baseball cap and blue sneakers.

Longley suffers from a brain injury due to a stroke.
