A Vermont teen is in trouble with police after he allegedly took upskirting videos of a female classmate at the end of last school year.
Noah Wetherald, 18, of Weston, was cited for voyeurism after police found several video clips of the 16-year-old female victim on his cell phone. The clips showed the victim being filmed from a low angle, showing areas up her skirt.
According to state police, the victim noticed Wetherald pointing his phone at her on May 28 during class at Burr & Burton Academy in Manchester. She took the phone from him and turned it over to school staff. Police examined the phone after obtaining a search warrant.
Police attempted to contact Wetherald, but were unable to do so until this month. He is scheduled to appear in Bennington Superior Court on Sept. 8.
