A Massachusetts man was killed in a two-car crash Tuesday evening.
Police in Natick say the crash happened around 9 p.m. at the intersection of Speen Street and Timber Lane.
Officers arriving at the scene learned that a 23-year-old Waltham man driving a Subaru was driving on Speen Street when it hit an Acura being driven by an 81-year-old man from Natick. The Subaru left the road and hit a tree as a result of crash, and the driver, whose name has not been released, was removed from the car by two bystanders.
A police officer immediately began administering CPR using a defibrillator until firefighters arrived at the scene. The man was taken to MetroWest Medical Center in Natick, where he died.
The 81-year-old man driving the other car told police he wasn't injured in the crash, but his passenger was taken to a local hospital to treat non-life threatening injuries.
The crash remains under investigation.
