A 30-year-old man is dead after falling from the New England Sports Center in Marlborough, Massachusetts, according to the Middlesex County District Attorney’s office.

An American man with New England roots was reportedly among the 14 killed in a terror attack in Kenya on Tuesday.

WCSH reports that Jason Spindler, the only American killed in the attack, graduated from Hebron Academy in Hebron, Maine in 1996.

Spindler worked at a business development firm in Nairobi, according to WCSH.

While at Hebron, Spindler was the captain of the swim team as an upperclassman and a member of the Diversity Committee, WCSH reports.

Authorities in Kenya say security forces have killed all of the Islamic extremist terrorists who are suspected of attacking a luxury hotel and shopping center on Tuesday.
