At Campaign Stop, Biden Confuses Keene, NH for Vermont

The presidential candidate has been campaigning in New Hampshire this weekend

The presidential candidate vowed to pass the Equality Act, which would add “sexual orientation” and “gender identity” as protected classes under federal civil rights law

Democratic presidential candidate Joe Biden seemed to confuse a New England state he was visiting for another on Saturday.

The former vice president, who has spent this weekend campaigning in New Hampshire, was asked in a session with reporters about his impression of Keene.

Biden responded, "What's not to love about Vermont in terms of the beauty of it? I mean this is sort of a scenic, beautiful town ... I like Keene a lot."

Keene is located in the southwestern corner of New Hampshire, about 5 miles from the Vermont-N.H. border.
