Chapman Being Treated at Medical Facility, Attorney Says

The attorney for convicted child rapist, Wayne Chapman, spoke out Tuesday to say the 71-year-old is being cared for at an undisclosed medical facility, despite being listed as homeless on the state’s sex offender registration.
