Carolinas Facing Powerful Winds, Flooding From Tropical Storm Florence

Hurricane Florence has been downgraded to a tropical storm. The storm surge has led to dozens of water rescues and at least five people have been killed. NBC10 Meteorologist Chris Gloninger is in North Carolina as the storm makes its way across the state. He has the latest from Wilmington.
