Daughter of Woman Killed in Hit-and-Run Speaks Out

A daughter whose mom was killed by a hit-and-run driver in East Brookfield made an emotional plea asking for the public’s help.

The daughter of a woman who was killed by a hit-and-run driver in East Brookfield, Massachusetts made an emotional plea Wednesday.

State police re-released pictures of a car they say killed 54-year-old Lisa Germain as she crossed Route 9 on October 29.

Germain's daughter, Erica Jean Paradis, is asking for the public's help

"Somebody knows something but I'm trying to stay hopeful that someone will come forward but I'm just wondering where somebody's compassion is. They just - my mother was left to die in the road and nobody's come forward."

The car is a gray or dark-colored sedan.

Anyone who may have seen what happened or who was in the area that night is asked to call police.
