Good Samaritans Chase Down Hit-And-Run Driver

Good Samaritans chased down and detained a suspected drunk driver after a 70-year-old woman was struck in a hit-and-run on a Portland, Oregon, street Tuesday. Marco Harrera said his wife was driving their truck when they saw the woman get hit in a crosswalk. Witnesses told police she had the walk signal.
