Spacey Attorneys Seek Preservation of Cell Phone Data

Attorneys for actor Kevin Spacey alleged that a news conference Heather Unruh held in 2017 is the only reason police began an investigation into allegations Spacey sexually assaulted her son. Attorneys want to see any and all communication between the family’s lawyer and have cell phone data preserved from six months after the alleged incident.
