Lanes Back Open After I-495 Pedestrian Crash

A 27-year-old Billerica man, who was fleeing from police when he was struck by two cars on I-495 in Hopkinton, was transported by ambulance to UMass Memorial Medical Center in Worcester with serious injuries.
