LAPD Officer Suspected of Sex With 15-Year-Old Cadet

LAPD Chief Charlie Beck personally arrested Officer Robert Cain for unlawful sex with a 15-year-old girl, who was one of the cadets arrested for allegedly stealing police cars and other equipment. Kim Baldonado reports for the NBC4 News at 6 p.m. on Thursday, June 22, 2017.
