Last Day to Enroll in ACA Marketplace

Tuesday is the last day to sign up for health insurance through the Affordable Care Act known as “Obamacare”, a program that was modeled after Massachusetts health care reform. NBC Boston’s Glenn Marshall takes a look at the process for signing up and what happens if the act is repealed.
