Long Lost Service Dog Comes Home

Strangers will soon help reunite a girl with special needs with her companion dog after the dog was found more than 800 miles from home in Jefferson County, Missouri. “Missy” was picked up as a stray near Hillsboro Monday. Animal control workers found an ID chip with outdated information, but two local women were determined to reunite the dog with her owners.
