Man Arrested in Case of Incapacitated Woman Who Gave Birth

A man was arrested by Phoenix police on charges of sexual assault and vulnerable adult abuse. The suspect, 36-year-old Nathan Sutherland, was a nurse at the facility where an incapacitated woman gave birth on Dec. 29.
