Man Charged After Car Dealership Commotion

Dushanthan Suntharampillai, 30, was acting strangely at Herb Connolly Chevrolet in Framingham. Employees thought he was coming in to deliver juice but said instead he hit a used car on their lot and was behaving erratically in their showroom.
