A man was hospitalized Friday after being shot in Boston's Dorchester neighborhood.
Police said the shooting happened at 9 Gleason Street at about 6 p.m.
The man, who was not identified, was taken to an area hospital where he was said to be suffering from life threatening injuries.
No arrests have been made.
