Man Sets Off on Family Journey After Alzheimer's Diagnosis

Jeff Craddock, of Medford, was diagnosed with early-onset Alzheimer’s disease. What followed was sobering advice from his neurologist: “Honestly I would look at your bucket list, and those things that you want to do with your children, I would do them sooner rather than later.” Now, he’s taking off on a family adventure. Along with his family, he’s on a mission to raise awareness, live in the moment, and keep looking on the bright side.
