‘National Night Out' Helps People Suffering From Substance Abuse

Members of law enforcement and social workers headed out to the ballpark on Monday night in Brockton, Massachusetts, in an effort to put substance abuse in the spotlight. “National Night Out” is a chance for people who are suffering with substance abuse can find help and their loved onces can find support. The city is planning an overdose vigil on Aug. 24.
