Shooting, Fights Break Out at Worcester Latin Festival

Darilyn Espinoza took this video on Saturday evening when 18 people were arrested at the Latin Festival in Worcester, Massachusetts, following a shooting and numerous fights. Police said officers working detail at the event had first started monitoring large groups of rival gangs that had been attempting to start fights with one another.
