North Andover Woman's Murder Brings Up Questions About NH Parole Board

Before police found a woman murdered inside a North Andover home last month, another woman tried to keep the accused killer, Brian Chevalier, locked up by submitting a letter to the New Hampshire parole board, begging them to not trust Chevalier. But the parole board approved Chevalier’s release, 10 years into his sentence and months before he would end up accused of murder.
