Police are investigating a homicide after a 28-year-old man was shot and killed in a parking lot on Garden Street early Monday morning.
A man was shot and killed in Hartford's North End early Monday morning.
It is the city's 16th homicide of the year.
Police responded to Garden Street around 2 a.m. and found 28-year-old Randolph Paidama suffering from multiple gunshot wounds in a parking lot. He was pronounced dead a short time later.
There is no word if police have any information on a suspect. Officers said they are reviewing video from surveillance cameras near the shooting scene.
