NBC10 Boston Responds to Concert Ticket Confusion

Mary Moran wanted good seats to the Kiss109 Jingle Ball Concert, so she was online the day tickets went on sale. She found seats for $115 a piece and bought four of them. But, two days later, Moran got an email from Mytickettracker.com saying that unfortunately, her order could not be fulfilled as originally intended.
