A Silver Alert has been issued for a man with various health issues who has been missing from Hartford since Saturday.
A Silver Alert has been canceled for a man with various health issues who had been missing from Hartford since Saturday. Police said Monday afternoon that 63-year-old Luis Ramos was found in the area of Park Street and Park Terrace.
He is being evaluated and should be home soon, police said Monday afternoon.
