Mt. Ida Students Stunned Execs Got Raises While School's Debt Soared

Mt. Ida students, facing uncertain futures, are not happy to learn that the school’s president and top administrators received pay raises, even as the school struggled financially. Earlier this month, Mt. Ida agreed to close, selling its campus to UMass Amherst. The college says the president’s pay is justified, but students are upset.
