Toddler, Found Wandering Busy Florida Highway, Rescued by Motorists

A toddler’s mother and father were arrested on charges of child neglect Monday after the 2-year-old was found walking in the middle of traffic on the busy U.S. 1 highway in Florida. A responding deputy knew just where the child belonged, because he recognized the toddler from a previous child neglect case.
