Trump Asks Dept. of Justice to Expedite Probe Into Floyd Death

President Donald Trump on Friday offered his condolences to the family of George Floyd, who died in Minneapolis while he was handcuffed and an officer was kneeling on his neck. The president also addressed the protests that have organized across the country, saying that while he supports peaceful protests, “we cannot allow a situation like what happened in Minneapolis to descend further into lawless anarchy and chaos.”
