Two people were arrested and charged in connection with the murder of a missing man from Mashpee, Massachusetts.
Eli Perry, who is the victim's son, and Paige Malone were charged with murder, assault and battery with a dangerous weapon, and illegal disposal of a body in connection with Raymond Perry's murder.
The body of the 64-year-old was found in Plymouth near the Carver town line on Dec. 18.
Perry died from a combination of blunt force trauma to the to the head and cutting wounds to the neck, with the manner of death being ruled a homicide, according to authorities.
He was reported missing on Dec. 1, but reportedly hadn't been seen since Nov. 26.
The Cape Cod Times reported in December that Perry's 37-year-old son Eli was arrested during a traffic stop in Plymouth when a gun was found under his driver's seat about a week after his father was reported missing.
The arrest warrant was served on Eli Perry at the Plymouth House of Correction.

Eli Perry and Malone will be arraigned in Falmouth District Court.
The case remains under investigation.
