Waltham Couple Billed Thousands of Dollars for Eyeglasses They Didn't Order

There’s nothing more frustrating than being unable to get through to a company by phone when you need customer service. A couple from Waltham, Massachusetts, was in that situation and didn’t know where else to turn so they asked NBC10 Boston Responds for help after they were billed thousands of dollars for three pairs of prescription eyeglasses they never ordered.
