'A Kind Person': Relatives of Trench Drowning Victim Speak Out

Robert Higgins, 47, of Warren, Rhode Island, and Kelvin Mattocks, 53, of Brockton, Massachusetts, both drowned in a flooded trench in Boston’s South End neighborhood Friday afternoon.
