Prosecutor Details Disturbing Allegations in Kidnapping, Rape Case

A Suffolk County prosecutor detailed disturbing allegations against Victor Pena in court on Wednesday. Pena was indicted earlier this month on 10 counts of aggravated rape in connection with the January kidnapping case on which he was already being held without bail.
