Boston Mayor Calls Trump's Budget ‘Reckless' and ‘Heartless'

“This is not a responsible budget,” Mayor Marty Walsh said of President Trump’s proposed federal budget Thursday. “This is a reckless budget, and it’s a heartless budget.”
