(NECN) - The Boston Red Sox, the 2013 World Series champions, are back at it again with their spring training in Florida.
Ready to take on the 2014 season, the training has already come with some tough news.
Pitcher Ryan Dempster said he is taking the year off, but is leaving the possibility open for playing again in 2015.
