Police say a bicyclist who was struck Monday afternoon in Lowell, Massachusetts is expected to survive.
Police responded Monday to a serious crash involving a bicycle at the intersection of Dutton Street and Fletcher Street.
The area was closed throughout the evening commute but has since been reopened.
People in the area were advised to find alternate routes.
No other information was immediately available.
