Immigration expert Kari Hong sat down with host Jim Braude to discuss whether the President can suspend deportations without getting the green light from Congress.

The two sides are digging in for a battle over immigration between the White House and Congress. Friday, President Barack Obama repeated his intention to act on immigration, even if Congress doesn't.

Thursday, John Boehner was re-elected as Speaker in a caucus of GOP House members. Afterward he spoke about immigration, saying they would fight the President on the act.
