Biden, Harris Sweep Dixville Notch, NH

Former Vice President Joe Biden took home his first victory in New Hampshire during the early hours of Tuesday morning. Biden won all five votes in Dixville Notch, a tiny New Hampshire town near the Canadian border that carries on a midnight voting tradition on Election Day.
