Huge birthday celebration for Rev. Lowery

(NECN/WSB) – There was a huge birthday celebration Sunday night for civil rights giant Dr. Joseph Lowery. Some big names came out for the tribute, which took place at Morehouse College. Lowery, who celebrated his 88th birthday, is known for working alongside the late Rev. Martin Luther King Jr. in the civil rights movement.
