Concerns Rise From CIA's Torture Report

Peter Krause, a terrorism expert and a professor at Boston College, joined NECN to question if the CIA lied in reports about the use of torture in the past. While most Democrats are opposed to the actions of the CIA, President Obama did not choose to take action against the agency. Krause offered insight on the decision to release the report and its findings.
