President set to deliver two controversial speeches

(NECN/ABC) – On Tuesday, President Obama delivers the first of two closely-watched speeches this week. Tuesday a speech to encourage young students. Wednesday a speech that could define the rest of his presidency. Both have provided their own controversy. The President is expected to press Congress to pass universal health care, with an optional public health plan many republicans oppose. ABC News reporter John Hendren has the latest from Washington.
