Storm unearths hummingbirds in crisis, MI family helps

(NECN/WZZM: Fruitport, MI) – While cleaning up the broken limbs and downed trees from the big storm last Sunday, a Fruitport family made a surprising discovery. Perched on a broken branch was a baby hummingbird and for the last several days, the family’s been helping the mother hummingbird care for the baby. WZZM News reporter Phil Dawson has more on the story.
